From the moment I walked in, the staff at Bottomley's were incredibly welcoming. I was offered a drink and invited to discuss my needs in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Unlike the hurried atmosphere of other opticians, I never felt rushed. The staff were exceptionally patient, allowing me to try on as many frames as I needed until I found the perfect pair – stunning Lindberg frames that I absolutely love. Their advice was invaluable in helping me choose the right style. Bottomley's also efficiently conducted my eye test and varifocal measurements on the same day. The result? My new glasses are fantastic! They've made a huge difference to my daily life, restoring crystal-clear vision for everything from reading menus to using my phone. I haven't worn my contacts since – I love my new glasses that much! the optician i saw was very thorough in his field ,he put me at ease straight away and checked that the new glasses would be right for me this was important as I had paid quite a bit for glasses I bought elsewhere and couldn't wear. Amie who assisted to chose a good style and did the fitting was really kind and friendly. I now have a beautiful pair of well fitted glasses 🥂.
